These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phpark ("phpark," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phpark online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at phpark.one (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a phpark account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by phpark, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

phpark reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on phpark, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age 21+, as required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine gaming laws.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of phpark or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the phpark Platform or any other online gambling platform operated by phpark's affiliates.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

phpark reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by phpark may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access the full range of phpark services, you must register a player account. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the phpark Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identification document.
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid Philippine mobile number that you own and control.
• A valid email address that you own and regularly access.
• Your current residential address in the Philippines.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpark login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phpark will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify phpark immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of your account security. phpark may, at its sole discretion, suspend your account pending investigation of any reported or suspected security breach.

phpark supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Visa, Mastercard, and 7-Eleven CliQQ. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits:

• All deposits are credited to your phpark wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• phpark does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. phpark may request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal.
• GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfers are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours during operating periods.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. phpark will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• phpark reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements applicable in the Philippines.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be deducted from your balance prior to processing a withdrawal.

phpark offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed full account verification and meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to each bonus are specified in the individual promotion's terms and displayed in the phpark Rewards section.
• phpark reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured under the original terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• phpark reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

All games available on the phpark Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• phpark uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognised third-party testing laboratories.
• Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. The outcome of live games is determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and is not subject to software manipulation.
• In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, phpark's system will record the game state at the point of disconnection. Bets already placed will be settled according to the game outcome. phpark is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. phpark reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• In the event of a software malfunction or error that affects the outcome of a game, phpark reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers to the players involved. phpark's decision in such matters is final.
• Winnings from games will be credited to your phpark wallet balance upon settlement of the relevant round or event.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phpark Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one phpark account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by any person under 21.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Cheating and Exploitation: Using any software, tool, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the Platform, exploit game vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines or any other applicable law.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider after depositing funds into your phpark account.
• Abuse of Staff: Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language toward phpark customer support staff or other players in any live chat or community feature.

All content on the phpark Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of phpark or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without phpark's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game content on the Platform.
• Use any phpark trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of phpark's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at the details provided in Section 15.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpark, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the phpark Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, which are inherently uncertain and subject to chance.
• Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.
• Damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Service interruptions, technical errors, or Platform downtime beyond phpark's reasonable control.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or internet service providers.

phpark's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phpark account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phpark is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting players from gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools and resources to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phpark Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications during gameplay reminding you of the time elapsed and your net gaming position.

phpark strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement 21+ and will not knowingly permit minors to access the Platform. If you are concerned about a minor accessing gambling services, we encourage you to use parental control software and to contact our support team immediately.

phpark reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other phpark policy.
• Suspected fraud, cheating, collusion, or any other prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Identification of the account holder as a vulnerable person or a person who has self-excluded from another gambling platform.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory directive.
• Extended inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

Upon closure of your account, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to phpark.

You may request the closure of your phpark account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days.

phpark collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an account on phpark, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of personalised gaming services.

phpark will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with trusted service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the provision of our services. phpark reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phpark will notify registered players by email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the phpark Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and phpark, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. phpark is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority. Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
